1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to MeowCube, developed and operated by FoxGames ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the MeowCube game across iOS and Android platforms.
By downloading, accessing, or playing MeowCube, you signify your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or play the game.
2. Limited License Grant
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, FoxGames grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and execute the game solely on your authorized personal mobile devices for non-commercial entertainment purposes.
3. Prohibited Conduct
When playing MeowCube, you agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the game;
- Use unauthorized third-party mods, hacks, cheats, memory editors, or automation bots;
- Exploit unintended glitches, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
- Sell, lease, trade, or transfer virtual game assets or accounts for real money;
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights belonging to FoxGames.
4. Virtual Goods & In-App Purchases
MeowCube may offer virtual items, boosters, coins, and premium ad-free options for purchase within the game. All in-app transactions are conducted directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are governed by their respective billing and refund policies.
Virtual items have no monetary value in the real world and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency. All purchases of virtual goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to MeowCube (including all game artwork, cat character designs, animations, sound effects, musical compositions, user interfaces, branding, and underlying computer software) are owned exclusively by FoxGames.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
MeowCube is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. FoxGames does not guarantee that the game will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FoxGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the game.
